On Tuesday 18th July we’ll be moving offices back to our home-town of Waterlooville. Our new office is around twice the space of our current office and reduces the commute for the majority of the team. We’ll have meeting space and access to more amenities too. All in all, it’s a great office for the future plans of Codepotato (have you heard we’re about to launch filehaven..).

Whilst we’ve already installed broadband and telephone services in the new office, we expect that for most of the day our support services will be interrupted. We’ve detailed how our move might affect our services below:

Telephone support: We host our own phone system and as a result our phone support will most likely be down for around 2 hours between 11am and 1pm.
Email support: Email support will still be functional throughout the day, but our access to it will most likely be sporadic during the day.

What happens if I need help on Tuesday?

We will have capacity on Tuesday to deal with urgent and critical issues only, and any other requests will be dealt with quickly on Wednesday once all our services are back up and running.
